The Penobscot Outdoor Center (POC) is located off Baxter Park Road - 2 miles from the southern entrance to Baxter State Park. From Millinocket - Follow signs to Baxter State Park - POC is located 14 miles north of Millinocket. If you see the painted rock you have gone 'just' too far.
